Think of this as the rent on solid ground. Starter sites pay $49 a month, Growth $99 and Custom $149, and in return the pages stay fast and protected while Roger handles the odds and ends.
What the charge covers
- Fast delivery from servers spread around the world, so pages open quickly on any connection.
- A security certificate that renews on its own.
- Uptime monitoring that alerts us, not you.
- Quick edits whenever a sentence, a photo, your hours or a price needs a refresh.
- Periodic form tests, so a lead never disappears into a dead inbox.
Why so little goes wrong
A typical small-business site is a borrowed theme with a dozen add-ons bolted on, each from a different vendor on its own release calendar. One mismatched release is all it takes to knock the site offline, and it tends to happen on a Saturday. Our hand-coded pages are simple files: no admin screen, no database, almost nothing that can come loose.
Something to change?
Send Roger a text or an email. Fall hours, a price bump, a picture of last week's job: covered. If the request grows into a whole new page, you'll get a price first.

The monthly figure follows the size of the site, as the prices page shows. Add monthly SEO later and hosting and upkeep ride along inside that plan.
Hosting questions
What kind of edits are included?
Day-to-day ones: opening hours, a new price, fresh photos, a staff name, a closed-for-the-holiday banner. Anything larger, such as an extra page, is priced before we touch it.
What if the site goes offline?
We do, usually before you. An uptime monitor pings us, we sort it out, and because there's no database underneath, that call rarely comes.
Will you host a website another company made?
Generally not; the plans are designed around our own builds. Running WordPress or Wix now? Roger can talk through whether fixing it or starting fresh is the better use of money.
Will the monthly figure creep up?
No. It stays where it started for as long as you're with us. Running our own sites on our own setup is exactly what lets small changes come included.
